HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 20, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on St. Paul Road between Route 68 and Route 40. The northbound lane will be closed on Thursday, January 21, 2021, for guardrail repairs from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.
