HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 13, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Bottom Road from Route 68 at the tannery to the railroad tracks at the quarry. The road will be closed on Monday, September 16, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for pipe replacement.
