TRAFFIC ALERT: Detour on White Hall Road for Bridge Painting Operation

HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 27, 2024) – The Washington County Division of Engineering announces a temporary detour on White Hall Road due to a bridge painting operation conducted by the State Highway Administration (SHA) contractor Triton Construction, Inc.

Beginning Monday, April 1, 2024, the detour will be in effect for approximately two weeks. The bridge painting operation will take place on I-70 over White Hall Road.

The detour route will be clearly marked, and motorists are advised to follow posted signs and use caution when traveling through the area. Only Emergency Services vehicles and School Buses will be allowed to pass through the work location during the bridge painting operation.
