Application Now Open for Rise Up Business Stabilization Grants in Washington County

HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 1, 2020) – The Washington County Department of Business Development, in partnership with the City of Hagerstown Department of Community and Economic Development, announces the application for the Rise Up Business Stabilization Grant is now open. The application can be accessed by clicking the button below.
Applications will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2020. Applications will be accepted electronically and can be downloaded at www.washcorises.net. Details for submission are stated on the application. The website also provides guidelines, application instructions, and answers to frequently asked questions.
The Rise Up Business Stabilization Grant program will award up to $8.9 million. This grant program is designed to assist small businesses that experienced financial loss caused by the coronavirus. The County’s Department of Business Development is partnering with the City of Hagerstown Department of Community and Economic Development to administer the program.
