Information Systems

Information Technology (IT) is an internal technology service organization that provides a wide variety of technology and telecommunication services to Washington County’s divisions, departments and supported agencies. IT has fourteen (14) employees which provide Software Support & Training, Infrastructure & Operations and Geographic Information Systems services and support. A sampling of our expertise includes the County’s telecommunications system, network infrastructure, Windows based systems (desktops & servers), the Internet and cloud-based systems, digital data and maps, administrative billing systems and much more. In short, we are the County’s “Geek Squad”!
