Washington County Parks and Recreation Department Announces Tennis Court Resurfacing Projects

HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 26, 2026) – The Washington County Department of Parks & Recreation notifies residents that resurfacing work on the tennis courts at Pleasant Valley Park began yesterday.
For safety reasons, the courts are currently closed and should not be used until all resurfacing and paving work has been completed. In addition, resurfacing work at Regional Park is scheduled to begin next week. Once work is underway, those tennis courts will also be closed until the project is complete.
These improvements are part of the County’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing recreational facilities for the community.
