WILLIAMSPORT, MD (March 24. 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the upcoming closure of Kemps Mill Road, between Pinesburg Road and Cedar Ridge Road, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This closure is necessary to continue roadway improvements. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and use caution when traveling in the area.
