Public engagement on potential impacts to environmental and cultural resources will be initiated in the future. At that time, consulting parties will be afforded the opportunity to provide comments on potential impacts associated with the Proposed Action as part of the NEPA process. Once the Proposed action plan is available, consulting parties will find this information available on www.dhs.gov/ocrso/eed/epb/nepa/public-comment. All responses provided as part of Section 106 consultation will be considered for incorporation into the EA.
