TRAFFIC ALERT: Temporary Road Closure on Dogstreet Road

HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 20, 2023) – The Washington County Division of Engineering announces Dogstreet Road will be closed to traffic from the intersection of Nicodemus Mill Road to the intersection of Mount Briar Road effective Friday, December 22, 2023, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. This closure is essential to complete in stream work related to the culvert replacement project.

The posted detour route during the construction project will utilize Shepherdstown Pike (34) as well as King Road and Nicodemus Mill Road. See the map below for further details.
