HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 19, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Valley Road on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for road repairs. The road will be closed between Deer Path Lane and Gristmill Lane.
