HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 20, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on East Oak Ridge Drive on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for debris clean-up. The road will be closed from Southern Boulevard to Baltimore Street.
