HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 28, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces it will be closing Manor Church Rd at the one-lane bridge over Antietam Creek. This closure will be in effect on Thursday, November 30, 2023, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm for a bridge inspection.
