HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 27, 2021) – The Washington County Department of Engineering announces a road closure on Kemps Mill Road at the bridge over the Conococheague Creek on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for a routine bridge inspection.

 

In the event of inclement weather, the inspection and road closure will be rescheduled for Thursday, November 4, 2021.
