HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 27, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Cool Hollow Road from Alt. Rt. 40 to Old National Pike. The road will be closed on Monday, September 30, 2019, from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for pipe installation.
