HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 29, 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department will be conducting signal and camera maintenance on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of Massey Boulevard and Railway Lane.
