HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 11, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Tommytown Road in Sharpsburg, Maryland. The road is closed effective immediately due to a train derailment that occurred on January 11, 2023, around 11:00 p.m. The road will remain closed until further notice.
