HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 18, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure in the area of 17323 Bakersville Road. The road will be closed on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for pipe replacement.
