Washington County Invites Sponsors & Vendors for America’s 250th Anniversary Event

HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 18, 2025) – In the year 2026, The United States of America and our very own Washington County will both be celebrating the historic milestone of their 250th anniversaries. To commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independence, Washington County is hosting a 250th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, July 4, 2026. We are inviting vendors, press representatives, and sponsors to be part of this momentous occasion.

A series of events honoring our county’s rich heritage and vibrant future will be happening all year long with a Washington County 250th Anniversary Celebration being announced soon. Learn more about it all at Washington County 250.

About the July 4th Celebration

This family-friendly celebration is a landmark event showcasing Washington County’s rich history, culture, and community spirit. The 250th Anniversary Celebration will feature a wide array of local businesses, artisans, and organizations, each offering unique products and experiences.
