HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 14, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department is seeking snow removal contractors for the 2022-2023 winter season. The Highway Department is looking for 3/4 ton or above pickup trucks with plows, equipment with plows, and full-size dump trucks with plows and spreaders. The deadline for prospective inquires is October 4, 2022.
