Washington County Government Closed for Memorial Day

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 23, 2024) – In observance of Memorial Day, Washington County Government offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024. County services will operate as listed below:

  • The Hagerstown Regional Airport administrative offices and the maintenance department will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024, and re-open on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
  • Airport Terminal Operating Hours:
    • Monday, May 27, 2024: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Allegiant Air services will continue as scheduled on May 27, 2024:
    • 3:22 pm arrival and 8:43 pm departure for flights to Orlando/Sanford International Airport (SFB)
    • 4:12 pm departure and 7:53 pm arrival for flights to Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR)
  • Washington County Environmental Management offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024. All services at Forty West Landfill, and all other transfer stations, will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024. All services will resume on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
  • Essential public safety services will remain in effect.
