HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 3, 2024) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the following road closures due to high water:
- Cresspond Road
- Independence Road
- Kemp Mills Rd from the Mill to Snug Harbor
- Pecktonville Rd at Licking Creek
- Wishard Road
The County reminds citizens to drive with caution on roads that have the potential to flood. If water has flooded the roadway, please turn around and do not try to drive through it.
