HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 20, 2019) – TheWashington County Highway Department will be closing a portion of Broadfording Road from Route 40 to Martin Street for the USA Cycling Amateur Road Championships. The closure began at 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2019 and will be closed through 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019.
