HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 8, 2019) – TheWashington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Welty Church Road between Sandstone Road and Misty Meadow Road on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. The road will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m. for pipe replacement.
