HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 15, 2019) – TheWashington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Reiff Church Road between Shelby Circle and Daley Road on Monday, July 15, 2019. The road was closed at 8:00 a.m. and will remain closed until approximately 11:00 a.m. for pipe replacement.
