HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 14, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on York Road between Halfway Boulevard and Marbern Road. The road will be closed on Thursday, January 14, 2021, for guardrail replacement from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
