HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 28, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces Wright Road will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Elliot Parkway to the railroad tracks on Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for pipe replacement. Residents will still have access to get to their homes from the Hopewell Road Entrance.
