TRAFFIC ALERT: Road Closure on University Road

HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 10, 2020) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on University Road at Manor Church Road. The road will be closed for pipe replacement on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. until Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
