HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 19, 2022) – Washington County Highway Department announces Royer Road between MD Route 550 and MacAfee Hill Road will be closed on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. The road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for pipe replacement.
