HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 9, 2024) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the upcoming closure of Rowe Road between Route 64 and Leitersburg Smithsburg Road. The closure will occur on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, between 7:00 am – 1:00 pm.
