HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 11, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Wednesday, December 12, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Quirauk School Road between Hells Delight Road and Mt Zion Road. The road will be closed for tree removal.
