HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 20, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Pleasant Valley Road. The road will be closed on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. The road will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for pipe replacement.
