HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 19, 2023) – The Washington County Highways Department will be temporarily closing Mummert Rd, from Funkhouser Rd to 12432 Mummert Rd on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 between 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
