ROHRERSVILLE, MD (September 23, 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure on Locust Grove Road between 4429 Locust Grove Road and 4439 Locust Grove Road on Thursday, September 24, 2026, between 8:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for pipe replacement.
