HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 20, 2025) – The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure in the area of 20325 Lehman’s Mill Road on Thursday, August 21, 2025 between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m for pipe installation. Lehman’s Mill Road will be closed between Marsh Pike and Miller’s Church Road.
