WILLIAMSPORT, MD (April 14. 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the upcoming closure of Kemps Mill Road, between Pinesburg Road and Walnut Point Road, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This closure is necessary for pipe installation. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and use caution when traveling in the area.
