HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 23, 2024) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the upcoming closure of Kemps Mill Road, between Pinesburg Road and Walnut Point Road, on Thursday, July 25, 2024. The road will be closed from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
