HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 27, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces it will be closing Kemps Mill Road at the Snug Harbor bridge for inspection on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. This closure will take place between Pinesburg Rd and Walnut Point Rd.
