HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 14, 2021) – Washington County Highway Department announces Keefer Road will be closed for slope stabilization from the bridge over Lanes Run to Licking Creek Road beginning Wednesday, December 15, 2021 – Wednesday, January 19, 2022, weather permitting.
