HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 7, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Independence Road between Route 40 to the spur from Monday, May 10 – Thursday, May 13, 2021, from 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m for debris removal.

 

The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
