KNOXVILLE, MD (August 11, 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department announces that Harpers Ferry Road between Millers Sawmill Road and Canal Road will be closed again on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for continued tree removal.
