HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 31, 2020) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Fairplay Road between Bakersville Road and Spielman Road. The road will be closed for road work on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
