HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 1, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces Cresspond Road is closed due to high water.

 

The County reminds citizens to drive with caution on roads that have the potential to flood. If water has flooded the roadway, please turn around and do not try to drive through it.
