HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 6, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Black Rock Road between Crystal Falls Drive and Ridenour Road. The road will be closed on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. The road will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for pipe installation.
