HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 16, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Leathers Road from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022. The roadway will be closed near the area of 23519 Leathers Road between Greensburg Road and Edgemont Road for pipe replacement.
