HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 29, 2022) – The Washington County Highway Department announces College Road will be closed at the railroad tracks beginning 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 through Thursday, July 28, 2022. The closure will be for road improvement, pipe replacement, and pavement markings.
