Seeking Applicants for the Electrical Apparatus and Wiring Board of Examiners and Supervisors

HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 13, 2022) – As of July 13, 2022, The Washington County Board of County Commissioners is seeking applicants interested in serving on the Electrical Apparatus and Wiring Board of Examiners and Supervisors of Washington County
 
Applicants shall be competent individuals who are familiar with the electrical business and shall have been residents of Washington County for at least five years.
 
Pursuant to Maryland Code Title 6 of the Business and Professional Article et seq., Title 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington County, the Board shall have the sole authority to review applications, administer examinations, issue licenses, and formulate rules and regulations governing the performance of electrical work in Washington County.
