New Black Rock Winter Simulator League Set to Tee Off for the 2023-2024 Season

HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 7, 2023) – Embrace the thrill of the winter season with the 2023-2024 Black Rock Winter Simulator League! Black Rock Golf Course, known for its commitment to providing exceptional golfing experiences, is excited to introduce this fun and competitive league that’s open to all ages.

League Details:

  • Entry Fee: A cash-only entry fee of $25.00 gets you into the action, and once you’re in, it’s just $20.00 per week to play.
  • Prizes: This league offers not one, but two ways to win. Compete for both Gross and Net prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement to your rounds.
  • Designated Courses: Each week brings a new challenge as you play on the course designated for that week. It’s a great way to test your skills on various courses without having to leave the comfort of the indoor simulator.
  • Make-Up Weeks: If you miss a week, simply check with the friendly pro shop staff to schedule a make-up week.

League Schedule:

The 2023-2024 season kicks off on November 20th and runs through March 3rd. Each round is estimated to take about an hour per person to complete 18 holes. Check out the schedule below to see which world-famous courses you’ll be conquering:

  • November 20-26: Carnoustie Championship
  • November 27- December 3: Colonial Country Club
  • December 4-10: Linfield National
  • December 11-17: Merion
  • December 18-24: St. Andrews (Old Course)
  • January 1-7: Royal Troon
  • January 8-14: Spanish Bay
  • January 15-21: Royal Birkdale
  • January 22-28: Real Club Valderrama
  • January 29- February 4: Wentworth West
  • February 5-11: St. Andrews (New Course)
  • February 12-18: Spy Glass Hill
  • February 19-25: Teton Pines
  • February 26- March 3: Championship Pebble Beach

To compete in the Championship week, you’ll need to play in at least 9 out of the 13 weeks, so keep those winter golfing spirits high throughout the season! Follow the league’s action on a weekly basis as scores are posted both on Facebook and on the board in the Black Rock Golf Course clubhouse.

The 2023-2024 Black Rock Winter Simulator League promises a season filled with challenging golf, friendly competition, and a great way to stay connected to the game we all love during the winter months. To join the league, simply fill out the provided form with your name, email, and phone number.
