Black Rock Golf Course Scheduled to Reopen

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 6, 2020) – Black Rock Golf Course announces it will be reopening on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. Per Governor Hogan’s announcement at his press conference earlier today, it was stated that safe activities including golf, tennis, recreational boating, fishing, and camping, are allowed effective 7:00 a.m. on May 7, 2020.
Winter rates will apply at the course through May 15, 2020. To book a tee time, call 240-313-2816. Golfers are reminded to continue to practice physical distancing while at the course.

LIBERAL LEAVE IS IN EFFECT FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY GOVERNMENT

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.
