Annual Park at Dark and Bonfire Night – This Friday! 🎃

HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 25, 2023) – The Washington County Parks and Recreation Department invites you to the Annual Park at Dark and Bonfire Night. The family-friendly evening with spooktastic fun, games, and excitement will be held this Friday, October 27, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center, located at 7313 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713.

The weather this Friday is expected to be unseasonably warm, making it the perfect evening to enjoy outdoor activities under the starry sky. With a pleasant breeze and clear skies, it’s the ideal backdrop for a night filled with fun, games, and community bonding.

Event Highlights:

  • Halloween-Themed Activities: Dive into a world of Halloween magic with activities that are more fun than frightening. From games and candy to hayrides and a thrilling costume contest, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
  • Bonfire and S’mores: Gather around the bonfire, roast marshmallows, and savor delicious s’mores. It’s the perfect way to embrace the cozy, autumn atmosphere.
  • Safe and Enjoyable: Park at Dark and Bonfire Night is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for the whole family. Less scary, more fun!
  • Ticket Information: Every attendee needs a ticket to join the festivities. Tickets are in high demand, so don’t delay! A limited number of tickets are available, and they are non-transferable and non-refundable. (Children 1 and under are free)
