HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 1, 2022) – On June 29, 2022, The Washington County Highway Department announced College Road will be closed at the railroad tracks beginning 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 through Thursday, July 28, 2022. The closure will be for road improvement, pipe replacement, and pavement markings.
